Guide ribbon, cord and other flat trim as you stitch it into place. The front opening and groove beneath this snap-on foot keep the trim centered for more consistent placement.
Snap on the foot, engage the IDT system and choose a straight, zigzag or suitable decorative stitch. Flat silk, velvet, satin and cotton ribbons work especially well; sew slowly and use stabilizer when the project needs additional support.
This foot is specified for compatible PFAFF machines in Groups B, C, D, E, F, G, J, K and L. Group K excludes Smarter 140s, 160s and 260c, and the automatic needle threader cannot be used with this foot on Group L machines.
This is the front-opening Decorative Trim Foot for guiding flat trims. It is not a piping foot, narrow braid foot or general-purpose presser foot.
