The BERNINA Straight Stitch Hemmer Foot #64 is designed for creating fine, double-fold hems with ease. This presser foot is ideal for medium weight fabrics, making it perfect for garments, home decor, and other projects requiring a neat finish. The foot features a scroll that turns the fabric under twice, securing the edges to prevent fraying.
With a guide in the sole of the foot, the turned-under fabric is precisely fed to the needle hole, allowing for consistent, straight stitching. The resulting 4mm wide hem is smooth and professional, advancing easily under the foot. For optimal results, use the Straight Stitch Hemmer Foot in conjunction with the straight-stitch plate.
Compatible with BERNINA New Style models, including activa, artista, aurora, and virtuosa series, this foot is an essential addition to any sewing kit for achieving high-quality hems.

"I requested a return of oppressor Foote and it was approved. I have not received return instructions despite my attempt to contact the company and get a return label. The support email address provided is not working. This is very aggravating and I will not purchase from this company again. Also, this company does not promptly ship."
