Low shank darning foot, also used as a free motion embroidery foot, part number 006016008. The spring-loaded foot moves up and down with the needle, so you can guide the fabric in any direction for darning, free motion embroidery, monogramming, quilting and thread painting.
- Darning: sew around the edges of the hole, then work over it from left to right in a steady, continuous motion
- Monograms and embroidery: choose a zigzag stitch, outline the design by moving the hoop, then fill from the outline inward
- All metal construction
- The arm of the foot may come without a cover
