Turn flat fabric into adjustable gathers or pleats without hand-basting. This ruffler helps create garment details, decorative ruffles and home-decor trim with consistent fullness.
The screw-on, high-shank 9mm attachment fits compatible Janome machines including the Memory Craft 6650 and 6700P, Skyline S5, S6, S7 and S9, Continental M6, M7 and M17, and selected Horizon Memory Craft models. It is also listed for selected Elna eXcellence and eXpressive machines.
The attachment forms gathers and pleats mechanically as you sew. Adjust the ruffle size and fullness for the project, then test the settings on scrap fabric before sewing the finished piece.
This is the #202095004 version for compatible 9mm machines. Janome lists #846415008 for the MC6600P and MC7700QCP, while compatible 5-7mm machines use #943100000; those sibling rufflers are different attachments.
