How to fit it

<ol><li>Select a straight stitch and set the needle to the far-left position.</li><li>Place the layer to be gathered under the foot, with its cut edge slightly to the right of the foot. Feed the flat layer fully into the foot’s slot, keeping the right sides of the fabrics together.</li><li>Guide the fabrics while allowing the lower layer to feed freely and form gathers.</li></ol><p>Adjust stitch length to change the fullness of the gathers. To gather a single layer, place it beneath the foot and adjust stitch length and tension for the desired fullness.</p><p>On PFAFF Group L machines, the automatic needle threader cannot be used with this foot.</p>
