This older BERNINA #29C coded quilting foot is the sensor-equipped version made for free-motion quilting. It supports hand-guided contour quilting, stippling and thread-painted details.
Retailer fitment identifies selected new-style BERNINA machines, including Artista 180, 185, 200, 640 and 730; Aurora 435 and 450; and listed B-series models such as B560, B590, B790 and B880 Plus. It is not for old-style BERNINA machines.
Match part number 0088807100 before ordering. The current 0088807400 #29C is a different version without the older sensor, so the two numbers should not be treated as interchangeable.
