How to fit it

<ol><li>Raise the needle and presser foot, then remove the existing foot, holder and holder screw.</li><li>For a compatible high-shank machine, fit the adapter supplied with the machine first. Position the walking foot on the presser bar with its fork around the needle-clamp pin, then fasten it securely with the holder screw.</li><li>Choose the standard, open-toe or stitch-in-the-ditch sole. To change it, loosen the sole screw three to five turns, ease the holder out, seat the replacement in the two left holes and one right hole, then tighten the screw.</li><li>For spaced rows, align the U-shaped guide support over the foot, insert the left or right bar from its matching side, set the spacing and tighten the large screw.</li><li>Sew forward-feeding stitches at low to medium speed. Check the attachment and settings against your machine instructions before sewing.</li></ol>
